I use these gluten-free breadcrumbs in various recipes as a substitute for bread or crackers. They work very well in turkey patties, and meatballs. Also as a breading for chicken or fish that is baked.

It is the best panko gluten-free crunchy bread crumbs I’ve ever had !! Stays crunchy even when reheated .

We mix with equal parts of gluten-free medium cornmeal, pinch of salt, equal gluten-free oatmeal, equal gluten-free breadcrumbs, and a half teaspoon of cornstarch and use as a coating for frying Walleye and it works fabulous. Did I say we use a pinch of sugar. We drudge it in egg batter before coating in our mixture. It Is Very Good!

The texture is pretty good, I use it to make GF Katsu. I bake them instead of fry. I add garlic powder, salt & pepper to the panko for more flavor. Spray both sides with avo oil and make some good katsu strips. Yum! Just cause you have Celiac doesn't mean you can't have katsu! I also use it to make Italian meatballs :-)

My chicken cutlets were crispy and flavorful and most importantly gluten free

Best gluten free bread crumbs

Normally, I love these breadcrumbs. In this shipment, both containers tasted wrong. Not rancid exactly but not right. I threw them out for the birds who also didn't like them and wouldn't eat them. I don't know what went wrong, but something was really off with my shipment. PS I hope that Amazon posts this review but in my experience Amazon usually rejects negative reviews like this as being somehow irrelevant. Go figure.
