Jesse Stone - Movie Collection [DVD] [2012]

Tom Selleck is brilliant as a cop who is very good at his job as chief of Paradise, but struggles with his personal life. There is a dark underbelly in Paradise which is a paradox indeed. Gripping storylines and great acting. Totally recommend.

Love Jesse Stone .The stories are understated and not over Americanised.Love the dog .

Ok I know another reviewer said this but 'At LAST a UK box set' of this excellent series - now possible to watch 'em in the "right" order ! These films do credit to the Jesse Stone character - good stories worth the watch and repeat watching - the sound is good and the photography sometimes looks like an oil painting.Highly recommend

This box set contains all 9 of the feature-length episodes, one episode per DVD. Great stories, not rushed but developed with character and jeopardy. Some turn-over of the central cast but Joe the Dog is my (second, after Tom Selleck) favourite as Reggie, appearing in the second to eighth episodes, Stone Cold (filmed first) to Benefit of the Doubt.

Was good price and got all films in one set

Thoroughly enjoyable. Excellent series. Not action packed but thoroughly good drama. Well worth the money. Highly recommended
