Q: Is this solid sterling silver or is it silver plated brass? There are a lot of other seller with what looks like this ring, but it's brass under.

It's gold or rhodium plating over solid sterling silver. You can tell by the fact that it tarnishes black and not green. Brass would turn green (because of the copper in it) Silver turns black. I hate when people answer questions when they don't know the answer. It's useless.
