The auto return is the best and worst feature.
The auto return is great, works just as you might expect. However there's is no chance of doing anything other than up and down yo-yoing with it. There's no spin at the bottom or anything that might let you try any basic tricks. But if the straight up and down is what you are looking to teach these work great. Solid feel to them.

not bad toy, totally recommend
i used this product to hold a small little competition of who can get the most "catches" in 3 days and i got 4k. playing the yoyo was fun and rly passed the time. i loved the toy.

Easiest
If you’re on the fence whether to get this or the regular one, definitely get this one. It is very easy to get the hang of and quite satisfying to be able to have it return numerous times. It’s still a trick to prevent tangles but provides great fun.

Amazing!
Definitely impressed with this yoyo that we bought for my daughter, Works great for her being a first time User, it bounces right back up-and-down for her easily and does not get tangled.
