KeTone Shake - Vanilla Cake Batter - Low Carb/High Fat (LCHF) - Ketogenic Diet - 16 Servings

I ordered the vanilla cake shake. The flavor is so good, with a hint of cinnamon. I normally mix it with cold water.The first few times i was noticing that it was still a bit lumpy and there was more residual on the bottom of my shaker than I wanted. So i decided to add really hot tap water, about 2 to 3 oz of the 8oz recommended. That helped it dissolve completely! Now i get every last bit of shake mix... This has got to be one of if not the best shake/meal replacement that I've ever drank!!!I will continue to order this product.I recently was craving a sweet treat, so I mixed 8oz non sweetened coconut milk and 3 ice cubes and blended to 1 1/2 scoops of the mix. Damn was this an awesome way to cure that. So, so delicious 👍

I've tried a few other meal replacement shake type things, but usually I'm met with artificial sweeteners and chalky or bland goop flavors. This tastes good and has no artificial sweeteners. It mixes well with fruit so I don't have to just have vanilla all the time (but plain vanilla is fine). It keeps me full long enough when I can't sit down to eat anything at work. The chocolate is good too!

I use this as a meal substitute and it's worked wonders while I'm on my Keto diet adventure. On average, I'm losing about 0.89 pounds per day average and eat strictly Keto meals; high fat, moderate protein and very, very, very low carb. In fact, I try to limit my carb intake to less than 2%. I have yet to break ketosis while using this method and it's working for me. As an FYI, on my days where I push the exercise envelope, I've lost as much as 1.3 pounds in a 24 hour cycle and keeping it off. The Keto diet actually works and for me it's been easy to follow.

I purchased a package of the Vanilla Cake Batter. The powder was the consistency of Play-Doh. I know for a fact it should not be like that. When I requested a replacement I was ignored several times. I finally received an email from the owner or manager who was kind of impolite and said they would replace it. It has been over two months and they do not respond and they have not replaced the package.It was a tremendous waste of money and time.I would not recommend doing business with these people. Their product is not worth it. They do not even support their own products.

These shakes taste great, and they do not seem to trigger my many food sensitivities. I took off one star for the horrid packaging. As other reviewers have said, the opening of the bag is too small and the powder goes everywhere, especially when the bag is less than half full. In addition, the powder is very sticky due to the high fat content; it sticks to the zipper lock on the bag, making it difficult if not impossible to reseal. I'm sealing the bag with a binder clip and keeping it in a big Ziploc bag. If this product was available in a canister I'd give it five stars.

Love it! Was very grainy until I figured out to put in a little hot water, shake, then add cold water/ice. Blends extremely smooth then. Flavor is fantastic! Have used just a couple drops of Torani sugar free syrup to enhance flavor when I've added too much water.

I love this! I have a shake in my shaker bottle every morning. I've found that cake batter dissolves better than the dutch chocolate flavor, although they are both tasty. It is delicious in water or almond milk, but I typically use water. I don't like mixes that are too sweet and this is perfect. Just sweet enough. I wish it was a little less expensive per serving, but appreciate that it doesn't have any strange chemicals or fillers.

I bought the cake batter flavor. The flavor is great and I was excited to have something that was not just a protein shake, but had the extra fat needed on a ketogenic diet. Because of the fat content, I found it easier to mix in if I used hot water and then mixed it with my little froth making tool to get rid of the lumps. I didn't like the packaging. The opening is too narrow, so it is impossible to get a scoop out without getting it all over your hand and the stuff really sticks to you. It's so expensive, I hated wasting it. I'll order again if they change the packaging and if they can get the price down.
