Pure perfection in a beautiful bath accessory.
This is a particularly good-looking, high-quality Bath Seat. It more than meets requirement number one, which is a rock steady safe seat you can trust. The workmanship suggests a seat you would expect to cost a lot more. The perfectly finished Teak woodwork and thick heavy chrome steel fittings sheds water and dries quickly. This is a beauty that enhances the looks of your tub enclosure. It is sized to feel and be safe and prevent slipping off it. Excellent for older people who may have stability problems, and it easily flips up to give a lot of room to other family members who do not require a seat. Far better than a chair with feet in the tub, or taking up room nearby which is risky, unstable, and in everybody's way.

Love everything about this bench
We expanded and upgraded our bathroom. I really wanted a bench to have in case of any issues in the future and being able to stand while taking a shower . The function and the beauty of this bench is perfect. I like that it flips up and saves space which is awesome. The only thing that concerned us was the balancing of the bench while being flipped up. We solved this by putting rubber O rings on the rods that fit into the brackets. It gave it enough friction to stay up. Hubby had to drill into the tile to mount it, using a tile drill bit. A pattern is included to help mark the holes before drilling was very helpful. Love our new shower bench that adds so much beauty to our new bathroom,

Better than the bench it replaced w/ one suggestion.
The bench is well built and was easily installed using the holes from the original bench that had been there. I will caution that, although the bench installs to a steel plate that attaches to the wall, the covers are chrome colored plastic. Instructions caution not using acidic cleaning agents. Apparently our cleaners used an acid based cleaner which reacted to the shampoos and soap that ran inside the plastic cover, creating a foamy chemical reaction that built up over time to the point the plastic began to burst open. For that reason, I recommend a final instruction: use a plumbers sealant where the covers meet tiled shower wall.

Well made, looks good
the seat is not only for use in baths, very useful as seat near near door to set and put shoes on. Seat can be folded up against wall out of the way.

Great quality
This OasisSpace bench is a top-quality product and is sure to last the life time of your shower (or any other place you may be using it—indoors or out). The teak lumber is solid, straight, and smooth, and is finished with a refined, high-end look. The stainless-steel framing, throughout, is dense with weight and durability and amply pairs up with the overall quality of the bench. It also all comes complete with beefy mounting screws and optional plugs for concrete/masonry applications.Maybe not a big deal, but please note: as of 9-5-23, when I bought and installed this product, the paper mounting template states that the mounting brackets are to be 16" on center. Based on the brackets when I first temporarily installed them to the bench, they measured out at 15 7/8", not 16". Aim for perfect, and measure first with the brackets installed on the bench before taping the template to wall and drilling away.Regarding the template itself: it comes on a typical 8.5x11 sheet of paper and, as directed, you'll have to cut it in half and spread it apart to achieve the 16" spread...this was somewhat silly on the manufacturer’s part for "leveling" reasons I incurred. So, not to tape two separate templates to the wall, I cut the template in half and taped, in between, another sheet in landscape direction. Now, one united template was easily leveled and taped to the wall.Minor stuff, but overall, I am very pleased and would definitely buy this product again!
