It actually works!! I admit i was skeptical , but it works as advertized. there are two fabric covered cold plates that press on either side of your neck to keep you cold . The only con is it takes a lot of power , Make sure you have a spare USB battery!

I love this lightweight cooling device. I am always hot and get really overheated when I try to take the dogs for a walk in any temp over 60 and this is amazing. It really helps to make you feel much, much cooler than a simple fan when it's hot outside. You do need to make certain that your hair doesn't interfere with the small fans on either side. I would definitely recommend this and look forward to using it on vacation, my husband is looking forward to not having to listen to me whine about the heat as well.

Does little to help cool

Complete waste of money, a $10 freezer-beanbag that goes around the neck to do the same thing works a hundred times better. Am demanding full refund.
