Had initial trouble with the lock, which malfunctioned, but after some back-and-forth the convincing the company the malfunction was not our fault, they sent a replacement lock and we have had no issues ever since.

Easy to install, good quality, perfect size for our door. We did find that the bolts included to secure to the door weren’t long enough but that was a minor problem. Has quickly proven to be a valuable asset.

Nice appearance, sturdy built ,but not moisture proof, I have even attached springs inside to ensure flap remains closed except when opened for deposit

Mailbox is made of sturdy metal and appears durable. Advertised as resistant to rain but my mail is wet when it rains and there is water sitting in the bottom of mailbox. I think it is getting in the back of mailbox through the door. Mailbox is on fence at front of property. Perhaps it was not designed for installation on fence so this may be my fault and not manufacturer. I believe a thin rubber gasket between the edge of the door and mailbox would solve that problem. Perhaps the manufacturer will add that to the mail box. The key did not go into the lock very well and after opening the door with the key a few times now the key will not work. I hope the seller will see this review this and send me a new lock and key. It looks easy to replace. In order to open mailbox door I had to use a drill to drill a hole in the lock and now use a screwdriver to open the lock. The mailbox is attractive; I like it, very easy to install.

Our church has recently had our mailbox robbed. The old mail box was lock and on a post. We needed a more secure box, so we purchased this one and had it installed in an exterior fire door. It looks great and has worked out as we had hoped. It's not very noticeable and easy to use from the inside.

Very sturdy mailbox. Problem is it's very difficult to get mail through opening and 90 degree turn. Magazines on anything over a regular letter is almost impossible to get in the box. Mail is regularly stuffed half in the box and half out (and we have a nice mail lady). Been using for a year and will be replacing with a model that doesn't have the through wall 90 degree turn.

Bought it for the office door for the secretary at work and she loves it. Very quick and easy to install. So far it seems solid. only 4 stars do to the fact that they sent it with cheap chrome screws. We changed them for black head ones for roofing to have a nicer finish.
