Top Class Thinking - Well Explained - Very Useful
I haven't finished this book yet, but even so I'm very happy to give it a top rating. It's very well laid out, which makes it very accessible. I love the 'reduce' model the author employs - easy to remember. I also like the fact that there is a case study at the end of each chapter. I'm finding that it's giving me some great ideas for how to market a new product I'm developing. Well worth it.

Essential read for anyone who has a hard time convincing management
I embark on the search for more understanding on the subject of convincing others and came across this book. I really like it specially the explanation on reactance. I find this type of evidence based research books really powerful, and it clearly shows there are ways to reduce the barrier to change and these can be achieved by anyone. Overall a really USEFUL book.

Brexit Beware
Using Brexit as the main case study in chapter two, was a big turn off for me. Which is a shame as the I had been really enjoying the book and the concepts up until then. Became very difficult to take the rest of the book seriously after that.

Fantastic book
Thai book is probably my favorite sales and life book - it is an easy read and has some compelling and excellent ideas and use cases on how people think and what can be done to include decisions.Solid for a parent or for anyone in sales.

Practical and easy to read
This is a must read one to anyone who's interested in engaging people:- Delivers clear and tangible insights on how decision making happens on people's minds and why working achieving goals aren't as straight forward (even when WE think there's an obvious path).

Thoughtful and well organized read
The book follows an interesting approach to persuasion that Zig Ziglar and Robert Cialdini fans will appreciate.
