We bought this little camera for our honeymoon in Jamaica, knowing that we wanted to snorkel, sail, and spend as much time as we could in the water. I have to say, I’m beyond impressed with how our pictures turned out! They don’t look like much in the tiny digital screen when you first take them, but once I uploaded them I was blown away with the quality! We brought this camera everywhere we went for a full week. Its as waterproof as it says it is! The case did let some water in when we brought it snorkeling (maybe as deep as10-15 ft), but the camera inside still worked great! The camera came with a memory card so we didn’t have to buy one. I charged it once before we left and it be battery lasted for the full week! Uploading the pictures when we got home was as easy as popping the memory card out of the camera and into the laptop. It took seconds. I didn’t leave reviews often, but for this I felt I needed to. This little camera did its job!

I'm so bummed out! My kiddo got this for Christmas but it won't get off the "welcome" screen. Tried everything, was hoping for a secret reset to no avail. Don't buy y'all!

Got this for my tween son for Christmas as an affordable kid-friendly alternative to the pricey go pro that was out of the budget. Accessories seemed good quality and we had high hopes. Unfortunately the screen stopped working after 4 days so we had to return it as defective. After charging that evening, he turned it on and the screen was completely white, no pixels or anything, but the camera was still trying to work as we could hear the menu and camera sounds when pressing each button. He hadn't dropped it or done anything overly active thus far, which makes me wonder about build quality. Sadly, without a working screen to see what you are doing, the camera becomes unusable. While it was working he had a great time getting FPV videos from the top of our little toy train and taking fun pictures of our cats. We were still able to transfer the files off the camera and onto our computer after the screen went out, so at least we have those. I am keeping 2 stars because it could have been great if it had lasted, and some other reviewers seem to have had better luck (presumably) with longevity.

UPDATE: Due to the holidays, DROGRACE did not contact me back until after, which was fine. After some e-mail communications through Amazon, they offered to resend an entirely new device (they mentioned that the cost of shipping the old one back would have been more costly). After about 2-3 days of communication, the address was verified and the package was shipped. Got it within a week and the case for the camera is definitely not defective. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the customer service. The only downside is that you must absolutely contact them through Amazon communication services if you're wanting to send pictures or PDFs of proof of damage. I have changed this from 3-stars to 4-stars because I did receive a new case for the camera. The reason why it's not 5-stars, however, is due to loss of audio quality when recording. Another issue is that, although the size is potentially great for kids, I've found that if the hands are too small, holding/gripping it can be quite difficult as placements of the buttons are rather difficult for a child with small hands. That, however, does not deter my child from enjoying the camera and using it! Original: Packaging: There were sheets of air pillows with no air in it so this little piece of equipment was tossed around in its box. Quality: Image and video quality is actually decent for the price. It's great for small hands and kids who are discovering their creative side. It's great for adults as well, however, the quality of the LCD screen could use some upgrading. One real issue I had with this product is that upon inspecting it, I noticed that the fastener embedded into the case was broken and shifted. Because of this, the mount is unusable. One other small defect is that the back case has 2 small circular paddings, but only one was applied. There is no way to contact the manufacturer, DROGRACE, because a website for them does not exist and the manual does not have any contact information. The only way to contact them and hope for an answer back is through Amazon. I have already sent a message and hope to get an answer before going through an exchange process with Amazon on this product. I'm pretty disappointed I got a product with defected parts.

Purchased for my 9 year old sons birthday- opened it yesterday pluged it in as per directions- will not turn on, unless pluged into the wall- contacted Dograce through email this morning, will change review once resolved by the company. He was so excited to use it this morning, very dissapoonted. Other than that it seems like a complete package all you need as a start up kit- only thing missing is a small straight “selfie” stick but you can use the helmit attachment for that. *UPDATE 8/12/18 Contacted the company immediately got a reply the next buisness day. They sent a brand new camera. Customer service rep was kind, understanding, and on the ball. They sent out a new camera and Recieved the camera with in a week of the 1st email I sent. They dod not make me re-package up the broken camera and ship it back which was a great convienience and there were many friendly e-mails exchanged with the rep to make sure that we got what we paid for, and it was working as it should. Camera works as expected and he really is having fun and getting creative!
