Q: Does it come with two nozzles; one with ridges?

Mine did but no ridges. The openings are different sizes. One for a more concentrated air flow.

Q: Want diffuser that goes with this. Which one is it. Someone commented the Bio ionic diffuser did not fit??

just 110, as far as I know. There is no switch to move voltage.
