Sa Giang Uncooked Shrimp Chips - Prawn Crackers - 2kg

A few in a shallow microwave bowl, minute or so later very tasty prawn crackers ready to snack on. Good deep prawn-shrimpy flavour and less salty and fatty than takeaway/shop pre-puffed versions. Storing in airtight box to keep fresh. Great value, easy to prepare and very tasty.

These are like blue dragon raw prawn crackers, if the oil is at right temperature they grown nicely.

Very versatile snack. If cooked in the microwave, the prawn flavour is more noticeable, but I prefer them fried. Good value, as 100g of chips becomes a surprisingly large amount of crackers

30 seconds at 180c in oil and these are ready to serve. Identical to the ones from our local takeaway in terms of taste and texture.

Don’t taste of anything, would send them back if I could!
