Like this product. I had previously purchased from a well known, highly recommended company. The collar would be triggered by other dogs barking or the flipper door banging.

this is really senstive to my dog ..at level 2 only she wud shout of pain ..and even if shes not barking she wud get snapped from it. and shes a medium BC dog and strong but yah she gets hurt at level 2 only.

The first month was smooth sailing. As of yesterday it has started shocking my dog upon pup’s movement (or me removing the collar prior to shutting off.) Tonight my dog got shocked while sitting down, this prompted me to loosen the collar to remove as quickly as possible. While holding the collar, two more shocks went off that I felt in my hand. Only on level 3. …. She didn’t bark. No loud noises to prompt it. And because I’m 3 days past the 30 day mark, I have no option to return or even file a defective claim. I’m hoping I just received a defective product, as trainers (multiple) have recommended this one to me. But I’m disappointed with the lack of being able to contact for issues barely out of the 30 day window. I’m hoping you guys will make it right. Also, this product does not come with a remote control. It comes with a clicker that is not effective to train dogs. Charging goes smoothly. And it did work. But I’m not okay with my baby getting shocked while doing nothing wrong. I’m here to correct behavior from the previous owner. Not make her terrified when she’s done nothing wrong.
