Gets rid of dandruff and makes my scalp feel so much better!
I have medium-level dandruff that builds up and makes my scalp feel disgusting if I don't use this hair scrub. Using a regular shampoo and conditioner didn't do anything for my dandruff, and it would reappear when my hair dried, with my scalp still feeling pretty bad. I tried this product after a Loreal salesperson handed me a sample at a UCLA event, and from the very first time I tried it, I knew that it worked perfect for me. I've bought this continuously for two years, and I'm only getting around to writing a review now. So, pro: this stuff works! The scent when you scoop some of this stuff out is pretty strong, and I don't doubt it might be unpleasant for some people while rubbing it into their hair. However, I've never really minded the scent, and once you wash it out, it only leaves a faint trace that's way more pleasant. I've gotten compliments on how my hair smelled after using this scrub. Furthermore, when you wash it out, it de-tangles your hair, so it's like a pseudo-conditioner! However, I still recommend using a conditioner because I tried only using the hair scrub and it made my hair really frizzy. The hair scrub gets rid of most of my dandruff, but to get the rest of it, I also use the everfresh antidandruff shampoo and conditioner of the same line. So, to be clear, I do hair scrub -> shampoo -> conditioner, and not the hair scrub last. I only use the shampoo on my scalp, and then the conditioner on the rest of my hair and the ends, and I end up with a clean-feeling scalp and incredibly soft and not frizzy hair. I think Loreal really hit it out the park with these products. My only complaint is that I go through the hair scrub pretty fast, but I might be using too much of it each time I shower. Since I have long hair, I have to take big scoops and then spread them out and rub it in slow circles to really cover my whole scalp. Then again, the hair scrub is only $8, so the expense isn't too bad!

Lovely scent AND decent dandruff control!
I’ve discovered this while looking for an effective dandruff treatment that would leave my hair and scalp not only flake and itch free BUT also with a lovely fragrance AND seemingly softer and more easily styled! I honestly never expected that from any shampoo that’s also effective on moderately bad dandruff. Also, being sulfate free gives me more confidence that I’m not constantly stripping my hair of color and/or conditioning treatments! Those things cost FAR too much money for me to treat them, and my hair, with the more common harsher ingredients that I’ve found in most other formulas that are also effective on dandruff. Since my scalp issues can get worse during stressful times (pandemic anyone?😏😬😳) I’ve been alternating this shampoo with a stronger, ‘clinical’ formula that I seem to need sometimes and it’s been nice to have an option that’s still working on the problem vs. any of my usual other conditioning, organic, gentle, etc., shampoos that clutter up my hair products shelf. I also make certain to always use a strong treatment for both my rinse-out AND my (used every time) leave-in conditioner! I’m happy that Amazon carries this version of the L’Oréal Paris Everfresh line since the local retail stores no longer do!

Decent for the price, not a miracle cure.
Worked alright. I am partial to the scent but it has a weird medicinal smell to it, but it’s for dandruff. Cleared most of my mild flakiness. I still have a couple of flakes tho I only use the shampoo once a week.

Very effective sulfate free option with neem!
Sulfate free dandruff shampoos are so hard to find, rarely work well and smelly in a bad way. Indian lilac is actually Neem extract- prized for its antifungal and healing properties. While a bit on the thick side, it lathers well and rinses clean leaving a light pleasant smell. And it works- scalp feels clean and renewed. If you have trouble rinsing it out, you might want to get a hand held shower wand to be sure you’re doing it right. Poor rinsing may be the cause of your scalp build up. I like the conditioner too, and am trying the scalp scrub.Hoarding it because I’m afraid it’s been pulled from stores- L’oreal should have known to get it on shelves in the dandruff department, because that’s where we look! Hope they don’t discontinue it.

Strong fragrance and teeny-tiny granules
I like this product in theory (L'Oreal is generally one of the better drugstore brands), but in practice it's only so-so. It has a very strong, perfume-y aroma, which I don't love. But I could get past that if I felt the product worked better. Unfortunately, it's a little too watery for me, and the granules are too tiny to really do anything. I have short, fine, fairly thin hair, so it's not a matter of the product not working through all the way. It just doesn't seem to be very effective, and I can't imagine it would work well on someone with very thick hair — it would be nearly impossible to work the exfoliant through to the scalp. It hasn't harmed my hair or scalp or anything like that — I just don't think it's really helped, either. I'm glad I tried this, but I doubt I'll repurchase. I think it's worth it to splurge on something higher-end, such as Briogeo or Peter Thomas Roth.

Pretty good
Been shopping around for a dandruff shampoo that's not as harsh as Head and Shoulders but not as weak as some of the more "organic" sulfate-free products out there. I think this shampoo is the compromise I'm looking for.I have highly oily, low porosity, fine hair with a small dandruff issue and no history of dying or bleaching. I wash my hair almost every day to remove the oil, but only use this shampoo every other day. It resolves my itching and flakiness for about 48 hours. I notice slight itching the night before I wash. However, there are times where I've washed with this every day and my hair is fine. It doesn't dry it out or weaken it. Works great for me!The one thing I don't like about the shampoo is the overpowering fragrance. It's "Indian lilac" but in my opinion doesn't smell like flowers. It smells like a salon. And it's strong. It took a while to get used to. If the smell could be toned down a notch that'd be great.

Buen champú anticaspa
Buen champú para mantener la caspa alejada, pero al principio me dio un poco de comezón en el cuero cabelludo, pero sin irritación visible!
