I first tried these foot pads a year ago. I had to do something. When I was younger, I could stand on my feet at work for hours without a problem. Then I got a sitting job, and then a year ago went back to a job requiring standing for hours. I felt like a cripple by the time I left work. These pads are amazing! The first day I wore them, I had NO foot pain whatsoever, and have had none since. Recently, one of the "tabs" you slip around your toe starting breaking, so I bought 2 new pairs of these pads. I'm also more careful now about taking the tabs off my toes, to prevent stress from pulling. But even if 1 pair lasts a year, that is well worth the money! I highly recommend these.

As a US Women's Size 7, I found this product to be a little bit on the bigger side, but it worked well nonetheless.After a couple days of wearing, I still have problems when putting socks over these pads: the pads tend to roll up or scrunch up in one side or the other as I put the socks. It's not terribly difficult to adjust the position of the pads while putting on socks, and it only takes couple of seconds at most.Throughout the day, I find that the pads tend to travel further up (or would it be down?) my feet as I walk more. This is not ideal, as it moves further away from the ball of my foot- the area in which I need to most support- and ends up halfway in the arch of my foot instead. Although I did anticipate this, as the product description specified one-size-fits-most, I still wished there was a way to maintain it's original position better.I have seen some other reviews talk about how tight shoes become even tighter, and I find this to be particularly to be true, as the shifting of the pad in the shoe increases tightness depending on where it moved to during the day. I personally prefer wearing them with bigger shoes, such as boots.

I used these pads once and threw them away. They provided very little support but most of all were too small. They must have been made for feet size 6 or smaller, but if you have feet size 8 or bigger, or god forbid you are a man, stay away. They also don't stay in place very well and moved around in my shoe. Not happy at all with this purchase.

So sad these didn't work for me. The first run I followed package instructions. Within a few minutes they slipped out of place and the loop around my toes ripped. The second run I tried taping them around my feet so they wouldn't move. This was a 13 mile run and I had to stop 5 times due to pain and trying to adjust them. I finally took my shoes/pads off and made it home in socked feet.I am a distance running suffering with mortons neuroma. I ended up getting cortisone shots and will see a PT.Maybe these would be best for someone with bigger feet who only needs to walk in them?

These slid around on me and I had to use sport wrap to hold it in place (tip: purchase vet wrap... it's the same thing but MUCH cheaper). They are very cushy feeling, but they did not help my neuroma pain. Then again, nothing is helping my pain, so it could just very well be me.

I cycle 2-4 times a week depending on weather... after 4 years I sustained a knee injury.. after months of head scratching of what happened it came to my attention that my left leg is slightly shorter than my right leg... surprise to me at age 44... this product allows me to protect the part of my foot that seems to compensate for the difference in leg heights by applying more pressure to the out side of my foot.... this product made walking comfortable and more balanced.. and that stopped my knee pain..If you look at the heel of you shoes and you notice a warring on a slant.... then you also can benefit from this product.They really work..

They are comfortable and supportive, but they slide up to the arch of my foot. Great product, just can't imagine using them very often.

Horrible they don't stay in your shoe and the piece that goes around toe is very Un comfortable. ....don't buy this for comfort
