First of all, I want to say this is the first time I've written a review on Amazon. I was very skeptical of ordering a fat burner product, but did so because of frustration with myself. I researched several different fat burners and then got very good feedback on Phase One, so I decided this was the one. After receiving Phase One, I took one pill at breakfast for a week. Then, I added a second tablet at lunch with food. My first week, I lost 6 lbs and was really feeling the energy. After adding the second pill, I'm down 13 lbs after the third week. I have added walking and eating better and I am very excited to see the progress continue. I emailed the company and asked for helpful tips on weight loss and they were fast and very helpful in their response. It's very refreshing to see a company still care about their customers and a product that does what it's advertised to do. So, Phase One, job well done!

Weight has always been an issue for me and I struggle with it daily. I've tried a lot of different things in the past, fat burners especially which make me feel jittery, shaky or just don't work. I must say this product does not make me feel jittery and I am loving the way it makes me feel and after a long day at work I'm starting to go to the gym and feel better about myself. I am very excited to try this product. I have struggled with weight for quite a few years. I have tried different pills hoping for a quick fix. It wasn't until a few months ago that I decided to start working out and trying to lose the extra weight the normal way. I purchased this pills so that I can burn fat faster during my workouts. If you're looking for more energy and to lose a few extra pounds definitely give this a shot! I would give this company an A+ for service and communication. With all the help and direction on their products and how to take it helped me see results quickly. I took advantage of the free diet plan and exercise program too...it's totally worth it!! I did my homework before buying a fat burner. Seems every one claims there's is w magic pill. I really want to lose some weight and try to change my lifestyle. I have seen this product on FB and other sites. My thoughts on product. I love the energy not jittery just good energy most of the day. I'm not as hungry while taking it and I have began walking after work. I am down 7 lbs in two weeks and I am going to def buy this product again. This is a great product. I have tried many other fat burners in the past, all have left me feeling jittery or just didnt work. I started taking this and absolutely love the amazing energy I feel without the jittery side effects. Great energy! I have taken burners in the past that have made me feel jittery and couldn't sleep. This product I feel so much calmer and can actually sleep at night and feel awesome!
