This was the exact phone I was looking for, identical to the one that I had for a year from the "letter" provider. It came as advertised, in excellent condition, at a fair price. There was a slight snag when Xfinity's website initially flagged it as locked by Verizon. I contacted the seller, who called me after taking a look, and said it wasn't locked, as advertised, and promised to take care of it if it didn't work. He also explained that this sometimes happens with Xfinity's website, & told me to call immediately if the new SIM card didn't work. Fortunately, he was correct, and Xfinity was able to activate service on it with no snags! So, if this issue comes up for anyone else, just keep in mind that it happens, and try to resolve it with your carrier. Great customer service, would buy again from this company! Thanks, Faraz!

We purchased two of these from Amazon renewed, and they are great phones. They have outstanding performance, and quality. You may have reservations about purchasing a renewed cell phone, but these were rated "excellent quality" and I could not tell that they weren't new. You don't get a fancy box with the phone, like a new one, but you put that box in your closet after you get a new one anyway, (who cares). If you want a pretty box, Samsung will be glad to sell you one with one of their new phones, and you'll have the payments to go with it. Get a Spigen case from Amazon, made for this model, and a pen if you need one, and you are good to go. Good Stuff!

I've had the phone for a month now. No issues with battery life. Didn't expect it to be as big as it is and heavy but I can see the font now. It's picky about what chargers work best. After market take longer but still works. Purchased an Otterbox Defender case as I do for every phone I get. Without the thick case the camera seems to poke out and sound like it scratches the surface of the table. Speed is definitely faster than my Samsung 8. What I'm not happy about is NO micro SD slot. Everything on my old SD card maxed out 3 clouds. Really not cool. The clouds do not organize the pictures in albums like they are on the SD card. Super annoying. So I ignore the clouds. Then there is the incoming pictures and videos. Unfortunately the pictures are blurred and the videos come in as a blurred picture and sound clip. Something about the sender using a high quality picture etc and my Carrier Straight Talk not being compatible. However there was never an issue when I had my Samsung 7 and 8. Been with Straight Talk over 14 years now.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G arrived on time and looks brand new. Great battery life on this refurbished unit. I have not yet activated with a carrier yet as I plan to port my number to a new carrier but want to be sure I don't lose data and a few saved voicemails that are important for me to preserve. I definitely endorse this seller.

I am totally unsatisfied with this product. Ratings 4.1 and 100% good quality check by amazon.Did you guys really checked the item properly? How can you approve a phone with no sim tray? UNBELIEVABLE... Only good thing is that the phone can charge and its coming on. Minus the smalll dents and scratches.. I am really pissed at this situation. Definitly need refund.... Plz in the future do 1000% check..no sim tray is really poor......

First time ever buying an unlocked refurbished phone. Verrrrrry hesitant , but ready the reviews and backed up by Amazon, also the price was decent, im so happy about this purchase. It came in 2 days early, almost perfect condition. I've had it for 1 week, decided to now make a review on it. I used afterpay on this, so as soon as I'm done paying mine off, I will purchase one for my mom! Just love my phone

Still going strong after at least a couple years. Looked brand new. Very satisfied!
