Great cruise accessory
I bought this to use on cruises and not as a wheelchair pouch. The size of this pouch is perfect for attaching to any cruise ship deck chair or balcony chair that has armrests. The velcro is plenty long enough to adjust to the length you want. The larger zippered pocket fits a small tablet (Galaxy tab 8") or a book or smaller magazine such as a Reader's Digest. (if you put a larger book or magazine in there, you just can't zip the pocket closed but it will still fit.) I can fit my 12 oz water bottle in the drink pocket and my phone (Galaxy S21+) fits in the right pocket. I used the middle, front pocket for sunscreen and lip balm or to put my extra phone charger battery.I like that I can fold this into thirds for easy packing and storage. When empty, it's flat so it takes up very little packing space in my luggage. While certainly not an essential cruise accessory, I find it helpful if I'm going to relax on deck for a few hours. I don't have to keep reaching into my bag to find things. This pouch can also be used at resorts, wrapped around the back of a car seat headrest, on a stroller handle or anything else because the velcro straps are so long.(sorry I didn't remember to take a pic of it in use on a cruise - will add later)

Great.
This works great for a manual wheelchair. Plenty of space for his phone and drink and his wallet/keys and a small notebook fit fine in the zipper pouch. My only complaint is the Velcro straps aren't that great. They do slip off from time to time but I imagine better Velcro would fix that.

Wheelchair Side Storage Bag a bit short
If I could change the design of this bag I would first make it a few inches taller. While it holds a 16.9oz bottle of water it barely keeps it in as about half the bottle is above the pocket's top. (if your side of chair bumps into something it may cause it to fall out) If you were to put a reusable bottle any taller 20oz or more - it would be top heavy and fall out. The other thing is the tab of the zipper is directly behind the bottle holder and if you try to open it when you have a bottle there -it is hard to access and grip, and a full water bottle tends to lean forward too far once the zipper begin opening. it would be better to start the zipper at the other end (or put the bottle holder on the other end) so it could be accessed more easily. I tried putting the water bottle in the slot on the other end - but without the stretchy mesh it won't stay in. Even my pens stick out farther than I'd prefer.I also wish the zipper area was taller so I could add papers (even folded) to it.Also, I had added a self-made strap to hold the two Velcro straps that go over the arm of my power chair together as it tended to slip off the end of the arm where I rested my arm. The width is good. And The straps are adjustable. These are my ideas on a change of design, and if this (or another) company makes these changes I would prefer it - and would stop using the one I bought.I am still not sure I will keep using this one - and am actively searching for something else.

Versatile
My friend that is confined to a mobility scooter now has access to his phone and his glasses without having to lean over the handlebars to root around inside the front basket to find them. And when he stops by for a cold beverage, he has a cup holder to secure his drink while having a conversation. He finds the large zippered pocket perfect for holding his flashlight and other personal items.
