No, the scoop has to be purchased separately...but it's really nice and matches really well with the bucket.

I haven' measured, by looking, probably a couple...

Where can I find the scoop that is advertised with the bucket?

If you can't find it on Amazon, I believe Williams Sonoma had it at one time.

I didn’t buy this one. I bought the one with the drain holes and love it.
