Yoursme Universal Tach Hour Meter Mounting Bracket Fit for EU1000i EU2000i EU2200i Honda Generator

For all the people that say it doesn't fit the Canadian version, here is a picture of the bracket installed on my generator. You have to compress the grey insulation a bit but there is no other problem installing this bracket. Note: All Canadian modifications have been completed on the generator as of May 2019.

It worked as advertised on a EU2200i Honda generator (2019 model). There's some insulation that needs to be moved over for it to fit, but no issues for clearance or interference. It looks like a factory fit and finish. Would recommend for the maintenance minded people.

Does not fit Honda EU1000i generator with the cold climate option.

Good product and as advertised but it won’t work with the Hutch Mountain propane conversion.

This bracket is a simple device that works well and looks good. However there is a small problem. It blocks access to the carburetor drain screw on the Honda EU2200i generator. Access is necessary to remove gas from the carburetor when you are storing the generator, otherwise the gas can turn to varnish and ruin the carburetor. I mounted the bracket and marked the location of the hour meter. Then I removed the bracket again and sawed off the section that was blocking the drain screw. This solved the problem and the bracket still was a good secure mount for the meter.
