The mattress was fine, and comfortable. But the service that I was suppose to get was nonexistent. The company were supposed to delivery the mattress, unwrap it, put it on the bed, and remove and recycle my old mattress. Unfortunately this didn’t happen. I was left with the mattress standing in my hallway until I could get somebody to take the old mattress away. Then I had the job of unpacking the mattress myself, not easy when you are a senior lady on her own. I did pay for this service, and I did get a refund. But I would have paid double not to have had all the anxiety.

Money well spent this Will be one of the best investments you will make.A mattress that i actually look forward to My night's sleep I never wake up in the middle of the night and don't wake up with a sore back it's money well spent on a item that will do me for many a year. Thanks 👍

TL;DR - I don't recommend this mattress if you have any intention on actually sleeping on it! Don’t be tight like I was and spend money on something more fit for purpose. But there is an UPDATE to this story, so please read all.....UPDATE: Having seen my review, the supplier of this matress reached out and offered me a full refund. I must say this is fantastic to see and experience. I was actually made 3 offers: 1 - Full refund and they will pick the mattress up at no extra charge. 2 - Full refund and I can keep the mattress or give away to a friend or charity. 3 - A replacement mattress, keeping or returning the old one. As I'm sure you can imagine I was very happy with this outcome. It says a lot when you're contacted after a bad experience and get a very reasonable solution.The lady I was contacted by let me know their company supply these mattresses with a 100 night warranty and are happy to resolve any issues such as mine within that time. So I can honestly now say that you can try this mattress yourself, without hesitation.I originally had this as a 1 star review, for the reasons you can read below, but am happy to change it to a 4 star based on my experience with the supplier.1 – Please look at my photo’s. Unfortunately, this mattress is not the size it should be and not even close. Our bed frame is a standard double size and the correct size for a double. From the photo’s you can see this is not a squared off mattress. It is at least 3 cm’s smaller on the bottom than it is on top. This not only makes it look odd on the bed frame, but I strongly believe it also makes for a worse sleeping experience. I’ve tried my best to show you the difference in the photos and feel it is very noticeable.2 – This mattress is super soft. On a scale of 1 – 10 I would give it a 2 at best. Before this we were used to a somewhat firmer mattress that was about an 8 in firmness. So having to then sleep on this, after the first week I was left with bad back pain for a 3–4-week duration, with my back / spine needing to adjust to it. I can thankfully say the pain did go and I now have no issues. However, it is like laying on balloons every time you get into bed. I don’t believe this is helped at all by point number 1 above and the mattress not being square at all. I feel the overhang makes for an even softer feel.I’m sure you’re asking why I didn’t return this then. I unfortunately left it a few days too late. Whilst Amazon’s one month return policy on most everything is great. One month for a mattress simply isn’t enough time, had I been given at least 2 months for such an important item, this would have been returned without hesitation. Plus, there is the thought of how do you return such a large item? It’s great that it arrives vacuum packed, but as soon as you unseal it, it is literally 10 times larger than when it arrived. You also must leave the mattress unused for 48 hours once opened to allow it to expand, which we of course did. But then this gives you even less time to test the mattress out.I’ve now done vast checks on the internet and would happily pay 2-3 times more for a mattress than I did for this one from a company that offer’s 6-12 months testing periods. I will be doing this shortly, with the added pain of paying the new company £20-30 to remove the old (but pretty much brand-new mattress) at the same time. Not a nice thought at all, I’m sure you’ll agree.If you need a mattress for a spare room that will only get 2-3 days of action now and then, then maybe this will do if you don’t want to spend money. But for a room that will be used by a member of your family, I don’t recommend this at all. It’s an absolute crying shame I left it too long to return it.

After lot of research me and my girlfriend decide to get this mattressOne of reviews says return policy it was perfect which it true no question askedWhen we first get it was vacuumed seal like most mattress those days but expand very quickly, we left it open for 72hrs and expand even moreFirst night was bit awkward like werd feeling to felt asleep on it because edge’s of mattress seems very soft and everytime we move on bed feels like we falling down “i was forcing myself not to move too much”😂😂But after few nights i wake up very relaxing like i been sleeping for hours even if i did very short sleepBut my girlfriend have very different options she couldn’t fall asleep ,she wake up very tired with back pain and i was getting worse which make us to return itSo depends u might love it as i did or hate it as my girlfriend did decisions is yours 🤷‍♂️Hope this review might help you guys when you purchasing new mattress

Had this mattress since April, set up as instructed left the full 48 hours, the mattress is super soft and amazing delivery was super quick too! But unfortunately recently parts have started to stick up and form a bump, never had this happen before, other than the bump it would have been 5stars which is sad
