It does not work well to block EMF according to my meter. It is thin like a sheet. It blocks cellphone signal.

Pretty big it’s just like a sheet but pretty rough I use it on top of a soft blanket. I don’t really know if it works but I hope it is

I have tried two time to sleep with.But it is a nightmare.It have strange smell, as you breath a metal dust.You will feel as the electricity around you chasing you!!. I have it above another cotton blanket .But the same.Are these blankets really safe.Does the metals it contains have no other side effects.If tiny metal particles travels in the ear and reaches you organs and you breathes it. What is the effect? what is the effect on children? on your partner.I think,using products needs more research to be proven as a safe products.

I'm not sure what the other reviewer was talking about, but I could get full cell phone coverage underneath this blanket. Apparently EMF's can go around mesh. The best thing for a computer is a thick barrier defense you can put underneath.
