This is a great vacuum. Gets per hair and dander up. Have purchased 2 and they work great. This was a great find.

We used the vacuum for less than a year and loved it. Three person household plus a golden retriever. The vacuum worked well, and we regularly cleaned the wheels and emptied the bin of dust and hair. But less than a year in, the rug brushes stopped working. Contacted Bissell for a warranty claim and were advised to ship it back to them....easier said than done, even with their paid shipping label. Good luck finding a huge box and then packing up a vacuum to send off...but we did it. Turns out they were unable to repair the device, so they sent us a brand new one - a great end result, but only after a product failure and hassle of shipping it back. When/if it works, it works well, but you might want to save the box it came in just in case you need to send it back!

I have only used the vacuum a few times, but so far I am very pleased on how easy it is to move around and removes dog/cat fur really well. I found the unit very easy to clean compared to other vacuums and would recommend it!
