Brynmor Caramel Fudge Flapjack, 20 x 80g Individually Wrapped Bars, A Perfect Treat For Snack Time

You are getting nearly 400 calories in a flapjack here, but boy do they give you energy when you need it. Great taste, texture and quality. I have been eating one a day for almost two years now. Love them.

These Brynmor Caramel Fudge Flapjacks are a generous size and surprisingly filling so you feel quite satisfied after enjoying one, rather than just craving another. They're very sweet, hardly a big surprise for a flapjack with caramel fudge on the top, but I could live with a little less sugar and maybe a pinch of salt in the fudge. Making the topping more like a salted caramel and giving it a bit more of a contrast to the equally sweet oat flapjack beneath would make them even nicer, in my opinion.The oat flapjack part is soft and has a nice balance between moistness and chewiness which makes them an enjoyable chomp. You get a good amount in the box and they cost significantly less than a pound each, which makes them a lot more affordable than many other vegan and/or protein snacks. You need a sweet tooth to really enjoy them, but they're a lovely satisfying snack and perfect for lunchboxes.

These taste amazing and are everyone I’ve given some to has loved them. They’re far from a healthy snack but they’re a nice little treat from time to time.They can feel a tad dry sometimes but pair it with a glass of milk and it’s a beautiful snack.

Caramel fudge and flapjack turn out to be a fantastic combination!The bars come in a cardboard display box and each has a tough paper wrapper, which is good for recycling.They are a little larger than I expected and make a substantial snack, great to take with you while hiking or for grabbing breakfast on the go. The caramel topping is quite thin but caramel fudge pieces are blended into the bar (along with 40% British grown oats) so the flavour is infused throughout. The result is not sticky and not as messy in hot weather as chocolate covered snacks can be.In fact, the flapjacks are just the texture that I like; moist and firm rather than crumbly or dry. The element of fudge does make them slightly on the sweet side, which is either advantage or a disadvantage depending on your taste. They certainly to my taste though, I really like them!Just one tip: If you plan to use the display box I suggest that you cut the Sellotape before opening. I made the mistake of trying to peel it away and some of the design came off with the tape, rather spoiling the look. That was more my fault than the manufacturers, and I’m certainly happy to still give these bars a full five stars.

This is now my new go-to work snack. Each bar is actually quite a big portion so it really filling, which is what you need from a snack on the go. The sweetness is perfectly balanced despite it's caramel flavoured topping. Amazing value for the price as you get so many and each bar is so big.

Comes in a retail counter top box with 20 bars.These are very nice and quite big chewy flapjack bars with a thin sweet caramel fudge toppingI had to hide these when i have visitors and thankfully i have only lost a few and have been enjoying these as a nice treat because they are mine, all mine !The price is more than reasonable for 20 80g bars versus shop prices.

These bars are really very tasty. You get plenty of bars in a pack. Love the fact that the bars are gluten & wheat free and have a very long expiry date. All the bars have expiry date marked on them which is really very handy. One bar is enough to make you feel full. Perfect for when you are travelling.Minor suggestions - I found the bars slightly more sweet. Would have loved if these were slightly less sweet. Also, if possible, to have a slightly smaller portion size as opposed to an 80gm bar.Overall, we do love these bars. Perfect to give as snacks for kids to take at school.Hope you find this review helpful.

I was after a filling snack like this to take out and about with me as I have a lot of fainting spells and I need something sugary and filling and these are absolutely perfect. They are quite large bars that are really tasty. They have a caramel fudge icing on top of the flapjack and it isn’t too sweet. From the description of the flavour I was expecting it to be really mega sweet which made me a bit weary of trying it but it was the perfect amount of sweet and so so tasty. The texture is perfect and so soft but not too chewy, these make a great snack for on the go as they are really filling and really tasty. I could eat these again and again and not get bored. They do give a huge boost in energy and keeps me full for a long time. They are a really great snack and will look at buying these again in the future they are perfect flapjacks, better than most shop brought ones.
