Quality, sturdy and beautiful.

I live the product which is a beautiful high end toilet paper holder. BUT, as we went to finally install it a couple months after purchase, the return policy from.Amazon said could no lknger return - disappointed given a key screw is missing.I tracked down the distributer in California, Brasstech and to get a simple screw is sending pictures, tracking email from Amazon and send email...all for a tiny screw!We will go to local store.

I chose Ginger fittings when our daughter's bathroom was remodeled. Much as I dislike the idea of taking a cellphone into the bathroom I recognize that teenagers and their friends do not always think as much about germs as me. The fitting is well put together and the glass shelf is really solid. The fitting was straightforward although I have noticed the little hexagonal screws need tightening at times but no more or less than other brands. The telescoping roll holder is a little stiff to remove but not impossible.I would recommend this product wholeheartedly. My daughter's friends have commented positively on its functionality.

I bought this because of the chrome, but was concerned about the pointy corners which stick out 5 inches when all other models of this are 4 inches with rounded corners. Sure enough, one night in the dark I bent over and cut my forehead on one of the corners, missing my eye by about 2 inches. But my real worry is what if someone slipped in the bathroom and fell on it. I'm having a replacement top manufactured.
