Surface is so hard that dart cannot pierce in. Totally unusable.

Darts weren't included even though I ordered one with darts
I had ordered the dart board with darts. It was a birthday gift for a boy, so was gifted as is. When it was opened, I realised that it came without darts. Couldn't ask for replacement as the small boy was really excited to receive the gift. Now have to order darts seperately, spending additionally.
