Worked for us!!
My son is 2 (yes he still takes a paci when he sleeps 😬) and Avent has been the only brand he would take. Since these were orthodontist recommended and similar to the shape of the Avent, I decided to try them. He took it right away. I asked if he liked it and he said..”yep!” The 9+ is just about the same size (actually a little bigger) than the 6-18mth Avent ones.

Water in pacifier
I was excited to try these as I had been seeing a lot about this brand. My daughter is 3.5 months and just started daycare. Each child in her class is a associated with a color. Her color is orange so these couldn't have been more perfect! I boiled the pacifiers as the enclosed pamphlet mentioned to sanitize and unfortunately water got in 2 of the 3 and won't come out. I've had them drying out for over a week with no luck. We will be sticking with a different brand.

Works better over 4 months of age
*UPDATE:Changed to 4 stars. When used closer to 5 months of age, my baby does like these pacifiers and they stay in better than before. One thing I like is that as my baby practices putting these back in his mouth himself when they fall out, it can't be put in upside down like other pacifiers can because it's symmetrical.Original: I had heard these are great pacifiers and that they stay in better than other brands. My 3 month old had a hard time keeping it in his mouth compared to the Nuk brand. Will try it again when he is a little older but haven't been impressed so far.

She took it immediately!
As an Exclusively Breastfed baby we were having the hardest time finding a pacifier that she would take. We literally tried every brand made! Then we found this brand when she was five weeks old. We bought the newborn ones first and even though she would take it, she had a hard time keeping it in her mouth. I think she was too old for the newborn ones. I went back and ordered these, the stage one, and she took it without a question! I will say that the newborn ones are made extremely well and I only wish we knew about them before she was born because I have no doubt that she would have taken them.I am ordering the pink ones now that they are an "add on". 😁 I just wish Amazon had the glow in the dark ones.

Not working for us (yet).
I bought these because I was looking for a pacifier that would stay in my daughter’s mouth longer, so that I didn’t need to just up and replace it every two minutes.Despite a number of tries over the past two weeks, I have not been able to transition my daughter from the Avent Soothie pacifiers that we got from the hospital to these— every time I put one of these in her mouth, she still makes a very grumpy face and just looks startled! If she’s calm, I can get her to use these for a bit (and occasionally even fall asleep with it), but if she’s upset, these are simply not soothing. I’m going to continue to try—maybe as her mouth gets bigger these will feel more comfortable. My other frustration with this product is that if you submerge it in water to wash, the water gets inside. So... throwing them in a sink of soapy water is not a good idea.
