great blender, but the manual and menu are not user friendly for english speakers. obviously some things have been lost in translation. but its solid and i make smoothies every day with it, no issues.

I've only gotten as far as the directions: it's a foreboding start. The English is bizarre: 1. "In order to make sure the safety of using . . ." 2. "This machine for the first time will SMELL THE SMELL of the motor" - "the machine will smell?" 3. How 'bout "the machine is prohibited to soak INTO THE WATER . . ." What?!? 4. Here the best: "In the use of this machine, PLEASE DO NOT WATCH." Really? How do you do that? 5. Or: "Too hard quality ingredients such as crack . . ." Wait, what? You mean I can't blend my "crack?"Seriously, someone bamboozled someone over claiming of English make well speech can soak!!But wait there's more. a single tiny screw was missing. It was to hold on "The fix Mushroom head." No, seriously that IS exactly how described it is. And it was missing. And for the life of me can't tell but think it probably needed to safely run machine (whilst not "soaking into water"). My choice was send back the kit and caboodle or go find my own screw. I'm trying to avoid the obvious joke about being "screwed" over missing screw. Well, I'll quit "screwing around" and go to hardware store for a screw. Screw as in "piece of hardware," just to make sure that was clear.
