Pharmacotherapy: A Pathophysiologic Approach, Tenth Edition

There's something about having a real book that is so helpful for learning. Bought this one for my daughter in pharmacy school, and I loved having a hard copy when I was in pharmacy school.

Has EVERYTHING you need to know about pharmacy school. Only down side is that the book is pretty heavy to carry.

Needed an new edition as a refresher as it's been 14 years since graduation from pharmacy school. The format has changed somewhat, but still offers thorough review of 'pathophysiologic approach' to disease states and current pharmacological therapies.

This book is a great resource to own and very comprehensive. I appreciate a book that takes a pathophysiological approach because it will get me ready as a Pharmacy student.

Great content.. up to date on most recent guidelines. Wish they had more on line chapters. But all in all good book for understanding pathophys anf treatment.

I love this book, contains a lot of good information on pharmacology. I would definitely recommend it.

Chapter 21 , mistake :If pharmacologic therapy is insufficient after therapeutic lifestyle changes (TLC), lipid-lowering agents should be chosen based on the specific lipoprotein disorder presentation and the severity of the lipid abnormality.
