product arrived in a large plastic bag with label torn off and no liquid

Product was shipped by the retailer and not eligible for a return/replacement/refund from amazon. i contacted Collins Chicago company directly regarding the issue and first they told me to contact amazon customer service; already did that. i asked them for a replacement (providing proof of purchase) and they said i needed to provide damaged picture and proof of purchase; i submitted again with pics and then they said that wasn't enough, provide again and we'll maybe, possibly, hopefully send you a gift card. NO THANKS! terrible customer service for an $11 bottle of olives......
