They’re translucent so you can read what’s written underneath which is great when annotating books! It is hard to read when over certain highlighter colors though so I’d recommend putting them slightly above or below the highlighter

Really enjoying my little rulers and tabs … didn’t realize at the time I ordered it came with so many. I’ve been able to share with others as a result, win-win. Just be careful the pens you use to write on the tabs, some pens might not write well or smear.

These are great tabs! I use them for annotating books and they are perfect! The color palette lets me match the tabs to the cover of the book. Great value for the price!
