I only take two droppers a day and mine lasts about a couple of months.

No, I was disappointed to receive the product and it not be listed. I was also disappointed that neither my friend or loved ones that I bought this stuff for noticed any effect from it.

You can mix this in different solutions of your choosing, teas, coffees, etc. Oils myself I choose to just place under my tongue then swallow down w water

Actual gold bits or flakes would be less effective than nano particles of gold. The higher the PPM of gold or other beneficial elements the better.
