I absolutely love beef tallow, and it has replaced a lot of my skincare over the last few years. This product is so amazing it always leaves my skin feeling moisturized, and healthy. The smell is fabulous! And the texture is perfect! My skin got SO dry after having my son and nothing seemed to penetrate the skin and moisten it until I started using this! I never had any issues with breakouts, or overly oily skin after using this product. But I did have a beautiful glow. Lastly I want to add that one small jar lasted me about 4 months using on just my face twice a day.

I initially bought this for my hands to use instead of a hand lotion or creme. It works perfectly for me and for this purpose; it took about 3 weeks of daily applications before going to bed to clear up all red spots, cure blisters and callused skin, get rid of eczemas and other minor ailments - the skin on my hands is perfect and super soft now.It works so well for my hands, I now started using it on my face and feet. I'm expecting it to take longer to achieve a noticeable effect on my face, but I already like it better than synthetic moisturizers.It smells fairly neutral, actually kind of pleasant and very natural, and once absorbed into the skin any smell is completely gone.A small amount of this goes a long way.I will keep buying this product for the foreseeable future.

I have been using this tallow balm as face cream. I have extremely sensitive skin, and this is the first cream/balm I can put around my eyes, and not have them be swollen and puffy in the morning. (And I’ve tried so many eye creams over the years!). I do find this balm a bit greasy, so I put it on a few hours before bed to give it a chance to soak in. (I use it on my whole face, and have experienced NO breakouts!). The only minor issue is that because it is cold here in Canada, this balm takes a bit to soften and smooth in in these colder months, I’ll be interested to see if it is softer in the summer. A tiny bit goes a long way, so while I thought it was expensive, it’ll actually last a very long time.

Way too expensive for the anount you get. Will look for alternatives. Cream is gritty.
