The customer service team was quick, polite, and, considerate throughout the short messaging process we have had.First bag used on a road trip emergency leaked rather badly. I’d recommend a standard trash bag or grocery bag over this, especially for the price.

Bought these for a camp toilet and they were really thick and fit the base well. They are not "odor proof" though. I liked the simplicity of the handle ties but to be honest, that doesn't exactly close completely. But still, these were much better bags than the cheap ones that came with the actual camp toilet. Glad I bought them.

I use them in my RV toilet. I am not a fan of the black tank at all. lol.Yep it's a RV doggie bad for humans.

I finally got to use my portable toilet with these bags and chemicals on my vacation which I rented a cabin that didn't have a bathroom. The bathroom was somewhat close by but I didn't want to have to get up in the middle of the night to go there so I figured this should do the trick..... It worked perfectly. The only issue I had was the odor when I took the bag out to replace it. The toilet was great, the bags held up, but the chemicals even though they did their job needed to have some lemon fragrance or something. It took a while to get the stink out of the cabin each time I changed out the bag.

We use these bags in camp toilets in our bedrooms because the bathrooms are pretty far away in the house for older people like us. We appreciate having them in the middle of the night since we are in our 70s. The bags hold and do not leak.

I have not had time to use the product yet, but it is easy to set up and seems sturdy. The height would be a bit low for anyone taller than 5'6" or so, but can still work. I plan to put it behind the front seat and use as a garbage can or emergency toilet for road trips, and for camping. Good product for the cost.

Even though the box the bags are in says they are .2 ml thinner that advertised they are still good thick bags.

Purchased the product thinking it would be a little sturdier than a garbage bag and maybe block the smell a little more. Not worth the cost per bag. I won't be purchasing again, just too expensive for me.
