I tested positive for BV (my third round) and decided to go antibiotic-free since reading studies that say they are basically ineffective and it will come back. First, I did Vitamin C suppositories for 3-4 days to prepare the environment and make it acidic. Then, I took this probiotic suppository. Took a day off. Took another one. Day off. Another vitaminc C suppository. Waited a week and took another one. From there, I just treated myself depending on symptoms. Went back to the gyno and tested a month later and my test came back clear! It's a taxing process, but it paid off. Hope this helps!

Refreshes well not sure about adding moisturization as it melts down a bit watery and sometimes feels irritating if I'm already irritated but only slightly.

I do not like these. They say they are oil based but mine did not melt thin like oil instead it turned into like a thick pasty feeling vs my usual slippery wetnessIt made me feel drier and still two days later I can’t get rid of that feeling and my fluid smells weird like wet dog which I’ve never had . I wish I knew how to reverse it bc it’s ruined a night of good sex yuck
