Great product
This is my favorite magnesium supplement by far. I have purchased this 7 times already and recommend it to my friends all the time when they are looking for a magnesium supplement.This products helps with my sleep and helps me calm down after a long day. It also regulates my gut which is great because I have gut issues. I highly recommend this product.

In my search for a decent magnesium supplement, there were many choices on Amazon. However, after deeper research unrelated to Amazon customer reviews, I realized that the type of magnesium has a huge role in not only absorption and bioavailability, but overall efficacy.The GOOD: MAGTECH Magnesium Complex was the only supplement I was able to find with Magnesium L-Threonate, Glycinate and Taurate. The most significant forms of magnesium with benefits such as Threonate being able to cross the blood brain barrier an increase synaptic density, Glycinate aiding in release of GABA to promote relaxation and Taurate aiding in relaxation and assisting in the recovery (in a roudabout way) of skeletal muscle recovery. I have only used the supplement for a couple of weeks, but and enthusiastic about its potential.The Bad: There are other forms of magnesium out there that are decent, but may not be chelated or in its whole form. The process to get Threonate, Glycinate and Taurate is a bit more complex and it shows in the price. There are 90 capsules in this bottle. The recommended dose is 3 pills TWICE as day. This makes this bottle of 90 pills a 15 DAY supply. That is Very expensive compared to other options. However, there are not many other options available with these ingredients. There are promotions available for one discounted bottle, from the company directly, after purchase. However, it is something to consider if intended to use for a long period of time.

Magnesium L-Threonate
This is a great product however I noticed everyone that received it made two known common complaints that even occurred with me to broken capsules and not exact 90 count.However Magnesium L-Threonate is the only magnesium type that breaks the blood brain barrier and goes to the brain where other magnesium types don’t go to the brain.However upset stomach is common with any magnesium but if you say you took other brand product and did not had upset stomach I would suggest go see your PCP and request him to test the product as most non FDA approved products are fake out there.The method I used was for this magnesium was first 90 days I took 2-3 pills were week, next 90 days I went to every other day. Then I went to one every day.Now I am on my regular first dose and second step of second dose one every other day. However keep in mind magnesium is suppose to upset your stomach so take it with or right after meal.Also you can add plain (unflavored) psyllium husk to plain yogurt and control upset stomach or diarrhea instead of throwing Imodium and Pepto into you stomach all the time.Also ad Greek yogurt, kefir and buttermilk to your diet it helped me a lot but again I went with plain items rather than flavored items.Because I don’t know which fruit interacts with magnesium also check if you are taking any meds how far apart you should take your meds and certain supplements.Also I ordered some big pill boxes where I put about all my supplements for 7 to 10 days and I can stick it in my medium size back pack that also has my blood pressure monitor and finger pulse oximeter.If you have anxiety and use iPhone download the free Breathly app use 4 square breathing techniques. Do it 4 times a day for 5 minutes each but the key is do not exhale through your mouth but through your nose and lot more slowly then your inhalation speed.As much as oxygen your body needs, it also needs carbon dioxide to digest or absorb that oxygen.Thank you all for reading my review…!
