Wonderful book by a dear sweet friend who always writes beautiful children’s books.

Really great message and keeps my toddlers attention

I bought this because I really liked the other book by the same author and illustrator, however, we had to return this one. This is the perspective of an orthodox Christian just so you know. At one place in the book the author writes about learning to “play the drums and sing some rock n roll”. I don’t think this has any place in a Christian book for children. It’s a worldly sentiment that doesn’t fit within the framework of the book. We’d much rather encourage our children to sing hymns, praise songs, and the Psalms. Very odd and we couldn’t keep it.
