I have an older car that originally supported the original iphone/ipod jacks with the Y adapter plus an adapter for the lightning port. It worked for Iphone 7 and below but when I upgraded the adapter would no longer charge the phone and play music. So I purchased this one to replace it. It works as it should but the wiring feels a bit thin compared to the one I had previously so not sure it will be as durable. This plugs into my center console and can reach the phone mounted to the windshield just above the dash. A foot longer would make this even better.

Worked great with my iPhone. Charges it while passing through the auxiliary in my older car stereo

When this cord worked? It was great but I have ordered three of them and only get 2 to 4 weeks of use out of it and they just stopped working Why unknown find a different distributor. Of this product I don’t have Bluetooth in my semi so this is why I needed it. Unfortunately it doesn’t work for very long. And can’t get them to replace it or refund me because they say it’s been too long

I’ve had this for less than three months and it’s already starting to break. The charger works fine, but the audio is messed up. Every time I do much as move my phone, the audio pauses and the audio starts playing through my phone speaker instead. It’s like when the audio starts going out on your favorite pair of wired earbuds. Looking to get a new one now.

This cord is just like the other Lightning to USB A and Aux cords available. It’s cheap in price and cheap in manufacturing. The quality will probably deteriorate over time but if you’re careful and make sure not to pull on the cord and always remove by the plug it should last. iPhone takes a second to recognize the cord and start charging and play audio but it has worked without fail so far. Out of the other bad choices this will work but don’t expect it to last past 1 year as my last one broke before then.

My daughter’s car only had Bluetooth for phone calls. This was a perfect way to let her use her phone for music until we can update her stereo.

I ordered this in hopes to replace my bluetooth adaptor for my car because it had a lot of static feedback. I thought that by getting one of these, the problem might be able to be fixed and I thought I may as well because it was relatively cheap. The cable came and I tested it out.Good audio quality but the issues I'm having are that the lightning cable part barely stays in my phone. Made sure the lightning port on my phone was clear of dust and stuff and tried other charging cables I had and they stayed in just fine. If I barely shake my phone this cable will disconnect, or even come out.The next issue is a result of the bad connection and that's bad feedback on the audio similar to my bluetooth adaptor I was trying to replace and it only really happens with the bad connection.Maybe I just got a bad product, idk but pretty dissatisfied with it tbh.

Bought one for each of my daughters. They each bought their first vehicle. Both 2011 and so they don’t have Bluetooth. This works great to play music through the AUX and charge their phones.

I ordered this as my 2009 Mercedes has aux but no place to charge the phone. With a cigarette adapter and this product I am able to charge and play my music off my iPhone. Sadly, the quality of the aux cord is so poor, it has an extremely loud buzzing noise when plugged into the port. I have tested other aux cables and it does not do this. It's to the point where I cannot listen to my radio or music unless it's on max volume to drown out the buzzing. Complete waste of money and time. Buyer beware. Just a spare charging cable at this point.

sound quality was great. Charging worked well. Two months in the lighting end stopped working but seller was excellent in addressing.

The cable does its intended purpose but the audio connector going to the aux port is not durable enough. Audio started crackling or disconnecting after a month of extended use. Will probably buy it again if this is the kind of cable you are specifically looking for.
