Just perfect as an active snack.
I'm a cyclist and walker. Had many years trying different flapjacks and snacks.I Even make my own.These are perfect for me.Just the right size, and taste really good.Not too dry or too crumbly .Some might think a bit High in sugar. But they are a flapjack, not a health bar. Sugars are perfectly OK when being active.So no list of 20 man made chemicals like a young mans currently in favour protein bar.And no organic Vegan, ethically soured nuts and seeds like a right on health bar.And I'm glad these are not like them.My favourites are.Dark choc and ginger..Chocolate ..Apricot...
