Missing wing

Arrived and one of the wings was missing. I asked for a replacement which arrived very quickly. However the same wing was missing. I wanted to just return it for a refund but my friend liked it so it is staying.

This is super cute. I bought it for my BF's Mom ...

This is super cute. I bought it for my BF's Mom bc she likes faries AND skulls its great. The only thing I didn't like was that in the packaging they squished the wings which are made of material and bendable wires. So now I have to figure out how to fix the wings so they look as nice as in the picture.
