Broke after the first use.
After redoing our closet we needed something to reach some of the higher spots, which is why we got this. On the first use the stairs felt very flimsy and the plastic main joint completely broke. I know I'm not a small guy, but I am no where near the 350lb limit of the ladder. Would not recommend it.

Dangerous
Plastic hinges snapped the first time I stepped on the top step. Sending me and the step stool crashing to the floor. I weigh 180 pounds. This should be taken off the market before someone gets seriously injured.

Okay step ladder
I wanted a 3-step stepladder to replace the 2-step one I have that's seen better days. This works pretty well, but I miss the handle that tops every 2-step version I've ever owned. This has none, so you can't steady yourself when on the top step unless you hold onto the wall. You could, of course, steady yourself by standing on the 2nd step and using the top step the way you would a handle, but that defeats the purpose of having 3 steps. There's also a weird little hook/catch that holds everything in place when the ladder is open, but sometimes, it doesn't quite catch correctly. The first time I tried opening it up, the catch didn't quite do what it was supposed to and the steps only opened partially and were slanted downward. I quickly found and jiggled the catch and got it where it needed to be.All in all, an adequate step ladder that folds flat and takes little space to store, but it would have benefited from having a top handle and eliminating the catch.

Sturdy but Heavy
My wife asked me to buy another step ladder to help with reaching into the top of her closet. When these arrived I thought that I had solved the issue, however they are heavy (about 12lbs) when compared to another set I own (8llbs). The weight difference is is due to the material used in making them. They are steel whereas my other set are aluminum. Another issue is that there is no support to to hold onto when you are stepping up or stood on top of the ladder. You feel that you are up there with nothing to help you maintain balance. They are OK against a wall that you can press against but my wife will not use them. The latch that holds them out is not very well designed. I attached a picture to show the difference between my other step ladder and this one to show the hand rail at the top

Using throughout the week for organization-unsure of higher weight stability
I ordered the foldable step stool to reach higher areas when organizing or cleaning. The step stool is easy enough to carry and folds back up with relative ease. There is a safety tab under the top step that needs to be held up in order for it to close back up. I am approximately 120 pounds and the weight limit is said to be 350. I do have my concerns about the stability of using this near the weight limit. the weight-bearing bars do not seem strong. For my intentions, this works well.

I really like it!
This product does what I need it to! I live in an apartment so I have limited space. I’ve been needing a speed ladder but I didn’t want something super expensive or that took up too much space. This product fits that description.I haven’t had a problem with sturdiness. I don’t weigh very much, but It definitely seems sturdy enough to hold me and then some. Saw other reviewers questioning the weight capacity, but I can only speak on what I’ve observed. It’s convenient, and it gives me a couple more feet of height to reach things. It would be nice if there was a handle at the top, but I don’t think it’s a do or die scenario for the product. I like it, I’d recommend it.

Light weight and sturdy
It doesn’t flex when you step on it, sturdy well built step ladder. I like the grips on the stairs and has a safety latch under the top step you have to move to fold up. My 235lb father stood on it with no issues. Great handy ladder
