Helping with my sleep quality
I take these at bedtime to help with sleep. I have definitely noticed an improvement in the quality and quantity of sleep I am getting. My Oura ring “sleep score” was 85 the other night. That’s a first! They taste good. I take them about 45 minutes before going to bed

Works “on demand,” but I need 6 to feel it.
These are the first non Rx vitamin purchase that I’ve ever found to work. I take 6 at a time, but my entire life I’ve had a high tolerance for anything blood-brain-barrier. Still worth it on bad days. I like that it’s not a daily thing and works on demand.

Good quality and taste. I think Olly gummies are consistently good. I feel like they work for stress, but even if it is a placebo effect- that’s ok if you feel less stresssed!

I'm not sure if it's psychosomatic or not. But either way, I feel better when I take these. I also take their Happy gummies, and those are awesome too. These are not too chewy and don't leave a film on my teeth (which matters to me).
