Quality and attention to detail
The product meets the purpose, however attention to detail in terms of quality check and delivery is missing. When we got the product there was a crack on the wearless name logo on the top. Though this does not impact the product functionality, it is an eye sore to have a crack on the top. The skid rubber at the bottom are missing for couple of slots. Again, it does not impact, but quality check should have caught this and addressed. No information / option to raise the height of the platform. Overall impression is that this product has failed to register its brand value.
