Don't Wake Daddy

I thought this price high for what it is it. the spin disk is not quite flat, the game pieces (bed) are cardboard, the playing board is cardboard, the bed with Dad certainly isn't worth the price of the game.On the other hand there is a lot of stimulation with matching, counting, and colors. and there is a winner, for each game. it is more luck that stratagy (unless your one of my granddaughters who cheats at board games (LOL)

My family and I love to play games, but I was on the fence about purchasing this game. However, my daughter and wife out voted me and I am glad they did. My daughter (4yrs old) quickly figured out the purpose of the game and ended up winning the first round. It’s a very quick game to play but never gets old or tiresome. In-fact, it is a perfect game to play when my daughter want to play “one more game” before she goes to bed. Perfect for young children and parents that love to hear their child laugh.

Had this game as a child growing up in the 90's... often hear myself telling my boys on Saturday mornings "Shhh... quiet down or you'll wake up Daddy!". I thought it would be a funny gift and great addition to our growing board game collection. Though the box ways "Preschoolers"... I feel that isn't necessarily true. I played this game through all of elementary school and was never bored of it. I only wish the game pieces were actual carboard cutouts and not just game cards to insert into the stands, they tipped over a few times but other than that, just as awesome as ever!

Fun game to play with the family! Bought it because of the nostalgia and still loved it as an adult! My son would get a bit frustrated by getting sent back to bed quite a few times lol but then still asked to play again. My only complaint is that you have to put the stickers on yourself (typical) and there's no going back once any bit of the sticker touches the toy because it will rip very easily.

As soon as I opened the Amazon box, I immediately noticed the bottom right corner of the game box was heavily damaged. Upon opening all of the game pieces, I noticed the "Daddy" game piece had a large paint chip on his nose. Despite the game box physical damage and the paint chip, my son loves playing the game.

We ordered this mainly for our three year old. A simple game with a little excitement trying not to wake daddy! It’s cute and he loves it. The item arrived fast and well packaged and works great!!! Even had a little note from the seer which was cute and we intend to keep in the box as a memento!

My son, who turned five years old, yesterday, received this game for Christmas almost a month ago. It is by far his favorite game, and I still have to play it with him at least once a day. He loves the suspense of not knowing when daddy is going to wake up, and still gets so excited when he finally does. The game is a bit educational because you have to know when to give up your card (after daddy wakes up), and you have to count the spaces when you move ahead. You also have to count the number of times to press the alarm clock. He loves playing this game with his friends too and his friends love the suspense of the game.

Same as I remember! I’m 30 years old now, and ordered this game for my 6 year old niece. She loves it! Definitely helps pass time during this quarantine. A little pricey but brings back memories.
