I was looking to increase my intake of vitamin B6 and B12 to maintain my aging metabolism and immune system. I also have a history of anemia, so B12 helps a bit with red blood cells. I think I may also be experiencing a slight increase in energy.I'm glad that I am also getting other Bs in the family, but I may have to take a look at adjusting the daily dose or breaking up the days of taking these supplements because the body only absorbs so much... and taking more only means that you excrete more expensive urine...

Very impressive supplement, containing all 8 Vitamin B varieties, plus co-factors. After my doctor advised me to increase my intake of B12, her doctor recently told her the same thing. (Apparently her veganism has caused our B12 levels to decrease. She was also told to increase her folic acid intake, too.) So, a supplement like this seems tailored for our needs. This Vitamin B complex provides 600mcg Folic Acid (1700%DV) and 12mcg Vitamin B12 (1600%DV). That's in one capsule!I do appreciate that they print a warning: "Do not consume other food supplements containing vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12." Whenever adding individual vitamins to your regimen, it's important to calculate the aggregate total based on all the supplements ingested. For example, a multivitamin will contain a wide spectrum of vitamins and minerals. Know the sensible dosage limits of your vitamins, minerals.The bottle has a badge for Vegan. I would view this more favorably if it had certifications, badges for GMP, FDA and/or 3rd Party Lab Tested. The product details does note: "With love for our nature we develop and produce in Germany, according to the HACCP, GMP and ISO 9001 quality standards." This information needs to be on the label, for it be applicable, effective.Overall, I am impressed with the quality and quantity of Vitamin B components. It meets the description and pictures in the product details. Accordingly, it earns a 4.5+ star rating, with a high level recommendation.
