The media could not be loaded. I have ordered the mugs and sent them my message and logo in a form of a design as pdf. They printed and shared a sample on WhatsApp . On approval they shared the printed mugs as promised by Amazon on time. Attaching a video.I have placed a repeat order now.

I have purchased other products from this seller previously & the quality of the product, be it ceramic mugs or key chains is consistently good. The printing of the image is done as per instructions and is replicated nicely with clarity & colour. The overall effect is very pleasing. I got this ceramic mug to use for coffee but the priduct is so attractive that I am displaying it on my work desk as a pen holder.
