This book was for my niece and it was informational, yet age appropriate. There were great pictures and she was really excited to receive it.

This book is probably written for kids but, I found it very informative with facts I never knew. The photographs and illustrations are exceptionally good. I highly recommend this book!

I had never heard of an axolotl so it was interesting to read about them and see their pictures. A very nice and informative book for children. However, I would suggest not going overboard with the word "cool".

My daughter is a very curious 5 year old whose interests range from Greek mythology to the human body. She saw something about Axolotls on Youtube and became immediately curious. This book provides wonderful photos (she already has several favorite pages) and just enough information for young readers (it says for ages 7-11 but a super curious 5 year old is also part of that audience). There isn't much out there on these interesting little critters, so we were happy to find anything, and this is just right! Really glad we found it. It also includes an email address to send for coloring pages which we thought was very special.A great find!

My grandson is very into Axolotls, and this book is perfect for him. Even though the reading level is below what he normally read, the information is great and the pictures are super.

But this for my granddaughter, she called me told me she wanted it. I bought it for her shipping was fast item was as described granddaughter happy what could you ask for?
