Q: Dies this have a window/slot for driver's license?

It does, but I'm not crazy about it because it is a mesh type material instead of a clear plastic. I think I might just cut out the mesh so that I don't have to take my license out every time I need to show it due to cashiers not being able to see it through the mesh. Also, if you push your license in all the way, it's nearly impossible to get it out!

Q: Will a samsung note 4 fit?

I actually have an IPhone 6, I don't have a Samsung. I don't put my phone in my wallet, but I did test it for you. I put my iPhone 6 (with the Otter Box case) and it fits perfectly!

Q: is there a coin compartment?

yes there is a zipper compartment that holds my coins. This is the best leather billfold that I have had. Each of my cards has its own card holder. with room to spare. I have purchased several more for gifts. You can't go wrong.

Q: Does it have rfid protection

Look down the list of color options. Several have RFID protection, which increases the price a couple dollars.
