I had been searching for something like this for a while. My 5yo is too big for traditional infant type bike seats, but There are still times I want to bike without having to worry about her tiring quickly or going slow on her own bike. This works really well. There are similar products but most only fit mountain bikes, this product works well on my beach cruiser. I worried it would be hard to balance or pedal since she is a bigger kid but it was a comfortable ride for both of us. My thighs do rub against her hips while I pedal but it’s nothing uncomfortable.The install was a little confusing to me because the written instructions are not very detailed, but they have an instal video which was much easier. Once I understood how it attached it was very easy to put on, and would be simple to remove and replace as needed. Very happy with this purchase. This has given us extra freedom to bike further and it’s been a lot of fun.

I don't go out of my way to write reviews too often, but I have all great things to say about this product: It was easy to mount, seems to be sturdy and well built, the price felt very fair, it has thoughtful design features (like the foldability, and the slightly strange but extremely effective handle design), and most importantly our little 2.5yo girl loves it!!We fought to get her into an alternative rear mounted seat, but since having this one she is always excited to go on rides, and is disappointed when we stop.Great product, very satisfied!

UPDATE: after a few weeks of use I remain of the impression the product is well made and sturdy. I find there is one flaw that could be easily overcome. Given the position of the seat when my daughter is on it her back is very close to the pointy front of my seat. There is no significant padding there and on a few occasions when riding over small bumps on the pavement my daughter’s back slid into my seat. She never got seriously hurt but I can tell that she does not like it. My suggestion would be for the manufacturer to offer a clamp-on backrest to protect the child from the main seat. Other than this the product is great.Overall I am very happy with the product. It seems well made and fits my odd folding bike (paratrooper pro) really well. The frame and clamps are in metal and secure the seat to the bike frame well. The adjustable foot rests and handlebar also work pretty well. Unfortunately the only “problem” I face has nothing to do with the quality of the product but rather with the age on my child. We have used it plenty of times already and with no incidents but I must always keep a watchful eye. Even though the seat position places my daughter between my legs I have to make sure she never lets go of the handle bar and that she never moves her feet from the footrests or worse still try to stand up on them. I wish the company made the sale seat but with some kind of bucket solution to strap the child to it. For a slightly older kid (mine is not even two yet) this is a great option.

These are easy to use, made well, and the grandson loves riding on it.

Super fun, and easy once you set it up. It's was awkward to install on my bike (women's mountain bike), and it's a little cramped with the little one in front of me, but I am short, so I have less space to work with at my seat height. Still worth the fun.

Great concept and design. But some parts are subpar or poor quality.Because my son saw the seat, I had to make it work somehow or I would have returned this product ASAP!So I ran to the bike shop, Home Depot and my friend’s fabrication shop to make this design more useful and safe. If you don’t have the time to run around then this product isn’t for you.Once again, excellent design. For this the price point $$$ it’s not worth it. They must start using quality metal and quality control.Does work great on our e-bike; Samebike. But a lot of extra work must go into making it safe and more reliable.

I was uncertain at first, but this seat worked surprisingly well for me and my 6 year old son.The only CON I’ve found using this several times already is that the handles are a little too close to my son for him to hold himself upright securely.We still managed during our off-road, dirt, and mountain biking together. Road biking is a piece of cake with this seat.
