Wessex Mill Strong White Bread Flour - 16kg | High Protein Bread Flour

I bake all of our bread and after trying Wessex Mill flour I was impressed by the flavour, texture and rise of my loaves. This flour mixes well with other bread flours, such as wholemeal to create a delicious loaf of bread. I’ve even managed to reduce the amount of yeast needed as the bread rises so well. A great product that works out cheaper than buying small bags.

As always this was strongly packed and arrived in perfect condition. Flour is excellent quality and makes very good bread.

The bag was split and the flour came out of the bag into the carton box. The box was very weak one. The delivery is fast.
